Eric C. Arch

Eric joined Tewksbury & Kerfeld in September of 2022. He practices in the areas
of personal injury, insurance defense, consumer protection, and general
litigation. Before joining the firm, Eric clerked for the Honorable David L.
Piper in the Civil Division of Hennepin County District Court. As a law clerk,
he handled hundreds of civil cases from inception to resolution. He has a
strong understanding of Minnesota courts and procedure.

Eric grew up in Michigan and earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan with a
double major in Philosophy and Classics. He graduated from the University of
Minnesota Law School in 2020. There, he fought for clients as part of the
Consumer Protection Clinic and represented clients in Fair Credit Reporting Act
cases.

Eric lives in St. Paul with his partner Julie and their rescue dog BeeBee. He enjoys
camping, trail running, cycling, and exploring the outdoors.

Eric is licensed to practice in Minnesota and is a member of the Hennepin County Bar
Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
