Peter E. Lind was admitted to practice law before the state and federal courts in Minnesota in 1974. He previously received his B.A. degree from St. John’s University in 1969, and his J.D. degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1974.

Since his admission to the Minnesota bar, he has tried cases, and handled appeals, throughout the state in both state and federal courts. His areas of practice include professional liability, product liability, liquor and premises liability, general liability, construction defect and liability, as well as insurance coverage disputes.

He is a member of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, DRI, and the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance.

He has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 1989.
